1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IllDoItApp platform, including the mobile applications, website (illdoitapp.com), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

IllDoItApp is operated by IK Labs, LLC.

IK Labs, LLC (“IllDoItApp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may, at its discretion, transfer or assign operation of the Services, including these Terms and related rights and obligations, to a legal entity in the future, provided that such transfer does not materially reduce user rights under applicable law.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1A. Related Policies

The following policies form an integral part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:

  • Refund Policy
  • Dispute Resolution Policy
  • Privacy Policy
  • Account Deletion Policy
  • Acceptable Use Policy

These documents are available on the IllDoItApp website.

By using the Services, you agree to all applicable policies.

In case of conflict, these Terms of Service shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • you will comply with all applicable laws while using the Services.

3. Marketplace Nature of the Platform

IllDoItApp is an online marketplace that connects users who wish to request services (“Employers”) with users who wish to provide services (“Executors”).

IllDoItApp does not perform the services listed on the platform. Executors are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of IllDoItApp.

IllDoItApp facilitates task listings, communication between users, payment processing, and dispute workflows. Responsibility for performing services rests entirely with the Executor.

IllDoItApp is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between Employers and Executors.

Executors are not employees, partners, or agents of IllDoItApp.

IllDoItApp does not employ, direct, supervise, or control Executors.

Executors independently determine how to perform services and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and safety standards.

IllDoItApp does not provide any services listed on the platform and does not guarantee the outcome, quality, or safety of any task.

IllDoItApp does not guarantee the legality, suitability, or appropriateness of any task or service requested or performed through the platform.

4. User Accounts

To use the Services you must create an account and provide accurate information including name, surname, email, password, and selected role.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

IllDoItApp may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

IllDoItApp may apply partial access restrictions where necessary to ensure that users can fulfill existing obligations while preventing further misuse of the platform.

IllDoItApp may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, or comply with legal obligations.

Such actions may be taken where reasonably necessary to:

  • enforce these Terms
  • prevent fraud or abuse
  • protect users or the platform
  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations

5. User Roles

Users may register as either:

  • Employer – a user who posts tasks and pays for services.
  • Executor – a user who applies for and performs tasks.

Each account is associated with a single role.

6. Tasks and Services

Employers may create tasks describing services they require.

Executors may apply to perform tasks.

Employers may review applications and select an Executor.

Tasks progress through system statuses including:

OPEN → PAYMENT_PENDING → APPROVED → IN_PROGRESS → SUBMITTED → DONE.

Certain tasks may be cancelled or disputed depending on platform rules.

6A. User Verification and Background Checks

Users interact with other users through the IllDoItApp platform.

While IllDoItApp may provide certain verification features, IllDoItApp does not guarantee the identity, reliability, qualifications, licenses, or background of any user.

IllDoItApp does not conduct comprehensive background checks unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for evaluating other users before engaging in tasks.

IllDoItApp shall not be responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any user on the platform.

IllDoItApp does not guarantee that any user is qualified, licensed, insured, or suitable for any specific task.

6B. Off-Platform Transactions

Users agree not to bypass or circumvent the IllDoItApp platform for the purpose of avoiding platform fees, protections, or dispute mechanisms.

After users connect through IllDoItApp, they must not arrange payments, agreements, or task execution outside of the platform if the connection originated from the platform.

Attempts to conduct transactions outside the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

IllDoItApp may take enforcement action for off-platform circumvention, including removing tasks, canceling transactions, restricting accounts, or terminating access to the Services.

6C. Task Legality and User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any tasks posted, requested, or performed through the platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

IllDoItApp does not review all tasks before publication and does not guarantee that tasks posted by users are lawful.

Users agree not to post or perform tasks that violate any local, national, or international laws.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether a task requires any license, permit, certification, or insurance under applicable law and for ensuring compliance with such requirements.

6D. Service Availability

IllDoItApp provides the Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

IllDoItApp does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, technical failures, or service outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IllDoItApp shall not be liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or technical issues.

IllDoItApp does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Services at any time.

6E. No Professional Advice

IllDoItApp does not provide legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.

Any information provided through the platform is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional guidance.

7. Payments

Payments on IllDoItApp are processed through Stripe.

When an Employer approves an Executor, a payment process begins. IllDoItApp may temporarily hold payments through Stripe infrastructure until task completion conditions are satisfied.

IllDoItApp does not store full credit card numbers or CVV information.

IllDoItApp is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed financial services provider.

All payment processing, fund handling, and transfers are performed exclusively by Stripe.

IllDoItApp does not hold user funds directly.

Users acknowledge that IllDoItApp does not act as a fiduciary, trustee, or custodian of any funds processed through Stripe.

7A. Payment Amount Transparency

The amount displayed within the IllDoItApp platform prior to payment may include estimated fees and calculations.

The final amount charged to the Employer is determined by Stripe at the moment of payment and may differ from the estimated amount displayed within the platform due to:

  • payment processing fees;
  • currency conversion or rounding differences;
  • payment method-specific adjustments;
  • Stripe calculations and applicable charges.

By proceeding with payment, the Employer agrees to the final amount presented in the Stripe payment interface.

7B. Stripe Terms and Connected Accounts

By using payment features of the Services, users agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and conditions, including:

  • Stripe Services Agreement
  • Stripe Connected Account Agreement

Stripe is the payment service provider responsible for payment processing, transfers, and payouts.

IllDoItApp is not responsible for Stripe’s decisions, compliance requirements, or account actions.

Users acknowledge that Stripe may impose eligibility requirements, compliance checks, reserves, delays, or account restrictions, and IllDoItApp is not responsible for such actions.

IllDoItApp does not guarantee successful payment processing, authorization, or settlement of any transaction.

8. Platform Fees

IllDoItApp may charge service fees to Employers and/or Executors.

The amount and structure of such fees may change from time to time depending on jurisdiction, payment provider requirements, or operational needs.

9. Payment Authorization and Payout Mechanics

When an Employer approves an Executor for a task, a payment authorization is created using Stripe.

Funds are processed and may be held within Stripe infrastructure until task conditions are satisfied.

Once the task is confirmed as completed, the platform initiates payout procedures to the Executor’s connected Stripe account according to Stripe Connect rules.

IllDoItApp does not directly hold user funds. All payment processing and settlement occurs through Stripe.

9A. Payouts to Executors

Once a task is completed and confirmed, IllDoItApp may initiate payout procedures to the selected Executor through Stripe Connect.

Payouts are subject to the following conditions and processes:

9A.1 Conditions for Payout

A payout to an Executor may only be initiated when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • the Employer has confirmed task completion;
  • the task status has been marked as completed (“DONE”) within the platform;
  • the related payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by Stripe;
  • no active disputes, refunds, or payment restrictions apply to the task;
  • the Executor has a valid and fully configured Stripe connected account.

If any of the above conditions are not met, payout may be delayed, restricted, or not initiated.

9A.2 Executor Account Requirements

Executors are required to connect and maintain a valid Stripe account in order to receive payouts.

The Executor is solely responsible for:

  • completing all onboarding requirements required by Stripe;
  • providing accurate identity, tax, and banking information;
  • maintaining eligibility for payouts (including account verification and compliance checks).

IllDoItApp does not control or guarantee approval of Stripe accounts.

If an Executor’s Stripe account is incomplete, restricted, or disabled, payouts may fail or be withheld.

9A.3 Payout Processing and Timing

Payouts are initiated through automated background processes once all conditions are met.

Actual receipt of funds depends on Stripe and the Executor’s bank or payment provider.

IllDoItApp does not control:

  • payout processing times;
  • banking delays;
  • currency conversion timing;
  • availability of funds in the Executor’s account.

Payouts may be subject to delays imposed by Stripe, financial institutions, or regulatory requirements.

9A.4 Fees and Deductions

Payments processed through the platform may include the following components:

  • task reward (base amount defined by the Employer);
  • platform service fees charged to Employers and/or Executors;
  • payment processing fees charged by Stripe.

Stripe processing fees may be estimated and included in the total amount charged to the Employer. Final amounts may vary slightly due to rounding, currency handling, or payment provider adjustments.

Executor payouts may be reduced by applicable platform fees as defined by IllDoItApp.

9A.5 Stripe as Payment Provider

All payments and payouts are processed exclusively through Stripe.

IllDoItApp does not:

  • hold user funds directly;
  • operate as a financial institution;
  • provide custody services outside of Stripe infrastructure.

All fund handling, transfers, and settlement operations are governed by Stripe’s terms and systems.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a fiduciary, custodial, or trust relationship between IllDoItApp and any user with respect to funds.

9A.6 Failed or Delayed Payouts

Payouts may fail or be delayed due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • missing or invalid Stripe account information;
  • incomplete onboarding or verification requirements;
  • Stripe account restrictions or compliance checks;
  • failed transfer attempts;
  • technical errors or service interruptions;
  • invalid or missing transaction data;
  • currency-related issues;
  • actions taken during dispute resolution;
  • refund processing or payment reversals.

In such cases, IllDoItApp may:

  • retry payout operations;
  • mark the payout as failed;
  • require manual review or intervention.

IllDoItApp does not guarantee successful payout in all circumstances.

9A.7 Disputes and Payout Impact

If a dispute is opened for a task:

  • payout may be delayed or suspended until resolution;
  • payouts may be adjusted based on dispute outcomes;
  • full or partial refunds may be issued to the Employer;
  • payouts to Executors may be reduced, withheld, or canceled.

Payouts are only finalized when dispute procedures are completed and settlement conditions are met.

9A.8 No Guarantee of Instant or Guaranteed Payments

IllDoItApp does not guarantee:

  • immediate payout after task completion;
  • fixed payout timelines;
  • uninterrupted payment processing;
  • successful transfer of funds in all cases.

Users acknowledge that payment and payout operations depend on third-party systems and external factors beyond IllDoItApp’s control.

9A.9 Taxes and Financial Responsibility

Executors are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges applicable to payments received through the platform.

IllDoItApp does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax obligations of users.

9A.10 Responsibility Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IllDoItApp shall not be liable for:

  • delays in payouts;
  • failed or rejected transfers;
  • financial losses caused by third-party payment providers;
  • actions taken by Stripe or financial institutions;
  • compliance restrictions, account limitations, or regulatory enforcement affecting payouts.

Executors are responsible for ensuring that their payment accounts are properly configured and capable of receiving funds.

9A.11 Payment Session Expiration

Payment sessions may expire if the Employer does not complete the payment within a specified time period.

If a payment session expires:

  • the task may return to an open state;
  • the selected Executor may be unassigned;
  • a new payment process may be required.

IllDoItApp is not responsible for expired payment sessions or any resulting changes in task availability.

9A.12 Account Restrictions and Payouts

Account restrictions applied by IllDoItApp do not automatically result in the suspension or forfeiture of payouts.

Executors may still be eligible to receive payouts for completed tasks, subject to:

  • successful task completion,
  • Stripe processing and approval,
  • absence of disputes, refunds, or compliance restrictions.

IllDoItApp reserves the right to delay or restrict payouts where required by dispute resolution, fraud investigation, legal obligations, or third-party payment provider requirements.

10. Cancellations

Tasks may be cancelled under certain conditions.

Employers may cancel tasks before work begins.

Executors may cancel tasks depending on task status and platform rules. Certain cancellations may automatically trigger dispute review procedures.

11. Dispute Resolution Procedure

If a disagreement arises between users regarding a task, a dispute may be opened.

Disputes may be initiated by users or automatically triggered by platform rules.

Disputes are reviewed by IllDoItApp administrators or moderators who evaluate task history, messages, attachments, and other evidence submitted by both parties.

Possible outcomes include:

  • task completion confirmation,
  • cancellation,
  • partial refund,
  • rework requirements.

IllDoItApp provides platform-level dispute resolution assistance for operational purposes only and does not act as a court of law, legal authority, or representative of any user.

Any decisions made by IllDoItApp within dispute processes apply only to platform outcomes (such as task status, refunds, or payouts) and do not determine legal rights or obligations outside the platform.

Users whose accounts are restricted may still participate in dispute resolution processes related to tasks in which they are involved, provided that access to such tasks remains available.

Participation in the platform dispute process does not create any legal representation, fiduciary duty, or obligation by IllDoItApp toward any user.

12. User Content

Users may upload content including profile information, images, task descriptions, chat messages, audio messages, and reviews.

By submitting content, users grant IllDoItApp a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Services.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • violate applicable laws,
  • post fraudulent tasks,
  • harass or threaten other users,
  • bypass platform payment systems,
  • distribute spam or malicious content,
  • upload illegal or harmful material.

IllDoItApp does not monitor all user activity and is not obligated to actively review, verify, or pre-screen all content, tasks, or user interactions.

IllDoItApp may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect users, maintain platform integrity, or comply with applicable law.

IllDoItApp shall not be liable for failure to identify or prevent any prohibited conduct.

13A. Prohibited Services and Illegal Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using the Services to request, offer, promote, or perform any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • prostitution, escort services, sexual services, or any adult-oriented services
  • production, distribution, or promotion of pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • human trafficking, exploitation of individuals, or illegal labor practices
  • sale, purchase, transportation, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • sale or distribution of illegal weapons or ammunition
  • fraud, scams, identity theft, or financial exploitation
  • hacking, unauthorized access to systems, or other cybercrime activities
  • violence, harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • any activity involving minors in illegal, exploitative, or sexual contexts
  • any activity that violates local, national, or international laws

IllDoItApp reserves the right to immediately remove tasks, suspend accounts, and take appropriate action if prohibited activities are suspected.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions, including limitations on access to the Services.

IllDoItApp may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary, including removing content, restricting access, or terminating accounts.

13B. Safety, Reporting and User Controls

13B.1 User Reporting

Users may report content, tasks, messages, or other users that they believe violate these Terms or applicable laws, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, inappropriate content, or illegal activity.

By submitting a report, you acknowledge that:

  • reports are reviewed by IllDoItApp at its discretion;
  • IllDoItApp does not guarantee immediate action or specific outcomes;
  • false, abusive, or misleading reports may result in restrictions on your account.

IllDoItApp reserves the right to investigate reported content or behavior and take appropriate action where necessary.

13B.2 User Blocking

Users may block other users within the platform.

When a user is blocked:

  • communication between the two users is restricted;
  • messaging and certain interactions may no longer be available.

Blocking is a user-controlled feature and does not automatically:

  • cancel tasks;
  • modify task status;
  • trigger refunds;
  • affect payment processing or contractual obligations between users.

IllDoItApp is not responsible for any consequences arising from user-initiated blocking actions.

13B.3 Moderation and Enforcement

IllDoItApp reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content and user behavior.

IllDoItApp may take action, including but not limited to:

  • removing or restricting access to content;
  • limiting platform features or communication;
  • suspending or terminating user accounts;
  • restricting access to specific services.

Such actions may be taken at IllDoItApp’s sole discretion, particularly in cases involving:

  • violations of these Terms;
  • fraud or suspected fraudulent activity;
  • abusive, harmful, or unsafe behavior;
  • legal or regulatory requirements.

13B.4 User Safety Disclaimer

While IllDoItApp provides tools such as reporting and blocking to enhance user safety, IllDoItApp does not guarantee:

  • the accuracy, reliability, or behavior of other users;
  • that all harmful or inappropriate content will be detected or removed;
  • that all reports will result in enforcement actions.

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when interacting with others on the platform.

13B.5 Abuse of Safety Features

Users must not misuse reporting or blocking features.

IllDoItApp reserves the right to take action against users who:

  • submit false, misleading, or malicious reports;
  • abuse reporting systems;
  • attempt to manipulate moderation or enforcement outcomes.

14. Liability for Services and Property Damage

Executors are independent service providers and are solely responsible for the services they perform.

IllDoItApp does not supervise, direct, or control how services are performed by Executors.

If property damage, loss, or personal injury occurs during the performance of a task, responsibility lies with the users involved in the task.

IllDoItApp is not responsible for damages caused by Executors or Employers during task execution.

Users agree that IllDoItApp only facilitates communication, task matching, and payment processing between parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IllDoItApp shall not be liable for:

  • property damage
  • personal injury
  • loss of property
  • service errors or negligence by Executors

Users are responsible for verifying qualifications, licenses, and insurance where required for certain types of work.

IllDoItApp does not guarantee that Executors carry insurance or professional certifications unless explicitly stated.

IllDoItApp shall not be liable for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any user.

All interactions between users are at their own risk.

15. Fraud, Abuse, and Payment Reversals

IllDoItApp reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the platform.

Accounts may be suspended and transactions reversed where fraudulent activity, payment abuse, or violation of platform rules is detected.

15A. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes through their payment provider.

If a user initiates a chargeback without valid grounds:

  • IllDoItApp may suspend or terminate the user’s account;
  • IllDoItApp may recover any owed amounts through legal or collection actions;
  • access to the Services may be permanently restricted.

Users acknowledge that initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in financial liability.

IllDoItApp reserves the right to recover any losses, fees, or damages resulting from abusive or fraudulent chargebacks through legal action or collection procedures.

16. Suspension and Termination

IllDoItApp may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Services.

16A. Account Restrictions and Access Limitations

IllDoItApp may apply different levels of account restrictions, including temporary suspension or permanent restriction, depending on the nature of the violation.

When an account is restricted, IllDoItApp may limit access to certain features of the Services rather than fully disabling the account immediately.

16B. Restricted Access with Ongoing Obligations

If a restricted user has ongoing obligations within the platform, including but not limited to:

  • active tasks,
  • tasks in progress,
  • submitted tasks awaiting confirmation,
  • ongoing disputes,
  • pending payments or payouts,

IllDoItApp may allow limited access to the Services strictly for the purpose of resolving such obligations.

In such cases, the user may:

  • access existing tasks,
  • complete or finalize ongoing work,
  • participate in dispute resolution,
  • view payment and payout status.

The user will not be permitted to initiate new marketplace activity during this period.

16C. Full Account Lockout

If a restricted user has no remaining obligations within the platform, IllDoItApp may fully disable access to the account.

In such cases:

  • login may be denied,
  • sessions may be revoked,
  • further access to the Services may be restricted.

16D. Cancellation of Open Tasks

If a user becomes restricted and has tasks that are open and not yet assigned to any Executor, IllDoItApp may cancel such tasks.

This is necessary to maintain marketplace integrity and prevent interactions with restricted users.

16E. Nature of Restrictions

Certain restrictions may be temporary and reversible, while others may be permanent depending on the severity of the violation.

IllDoItApp reserves the right to determine whether a restriction can be lifted.

16F. No Guarantee of Continuous Access

IllDoItApp does not guarantee uninterrupted or continued access to the Services.

Access may be limited, restricted, or revoked at any time depending on user activity, compliance requirements, or platform policies.

IllDoItApp is not obligated to enforce these Terms in all instances and may determine, at its sole discretion, how and when to enforce its policies.

Restricted users may have limited access to certain support features within the platform. Alternative support channels may be provided where applicable.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IllDoItApp, its operator, affiliates, service providers, contractors, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the Services
  • your violation of these Terms
  • any task you post, request, accept, perform, or cancel
  • your interaction or dispute with any other user
  • any injury, damage, or loss caused during task execution
  • your violation of any law or rights of a third party

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IllDoItApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IllDoItApp’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user through the platform in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18A. Force Majeure

IllDoItApp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • failures of third-party services (including Stripe);
  • banking system outages;
  • network or infrastructure failures;
  • governmental actions or regulatory restrictions;
  • natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

18B. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

IllDoItApp makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • the quality, safety, or legality of services
  • the reliability, identity, or conduct of users
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform

Users assume all risks associated with using the Services to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18C. Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that using a marketplace platform for real-world services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • personal injury
  • property damage
  • financial loss
  • disputes between users
  • interaction with unknown individuals

By using the Services, users voluntarily assume all such risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • cloud infrastructure providers
  • communication services
  • mapping and geolocation services

IllDoItApp does not control and is not responsible for:

  • availability or uptime of third-party services
  • delays, failures, or errors
  • decisions, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party providers
  • security or compliance measures applied by such providers

All use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

20. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the application.

Account deletion may involve anonymization rather than permanent deletion of historical records where required for legal or operational reasons.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis only.

Users agree that:

  • disputes will not be resolved in court;
  • they waive any right to a jury trial;
  • they waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules in the United States and administered by a recognized arbitration provider, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section shall limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21A. California Consumer Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal limitations.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
