1. Overview
This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of IllDoItApp can request deletion of their account and what happens to their data when an account is deleted.
IllDoItApp is operated by IK Labs, LLC.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion directly from within the IllDoItApp mobile application or by contacting support at [email protected].
3. Deletion Process
When a deletion request is received, the platform records the request and administrators may review it before execution.
The system uses a soft‑deletion model. This means the account is anonymized and deactivated rather than permanently erasing all historical data.
Data processing related to account deletion is further described in the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion is separate from unsubscribing from marketing emails or requesting deletion of a waitlist entry. Marketing recipients may unsubscribe using the link in an email. A waitlist-only privacy request may be sent to [email protected].
4. What Data Is Removed
When account deletion is executed, identifying profile fields may be removed or replaced including:
- name
- surname
- avatar
- phone number
- biography
- push notification tokens
- active authentication tokens
- AI support and AI task-draft records where deletion is not subject to an exception
- uploaded media that is not required for an active legal, safety, payment, or dispute purpose
5. Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for operational, legal, or security purposes, including:
- tasks created or executed
- payment records
- dispute records
- moderation logs
- chat or task messages
- exact and approximate task location records
- task access details, contact information, and evidence needed for a legal, safety, fraud, or dispute purpose
- security, audit, and consent records
- records in backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle
Where feasible, retained records are de-identified, minimized, or separated from the deleted profile. Some records may remain linked to an internal user identifier when that linkage is necessary for financial, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, legal, or security obligations.
6. Conditions That May Delay Deletion
Account deletion may be delayed if:
- active tasks are still in progress
- payment settlements are pending
- disputes are unresolved
- refunds are still processing
6A. Right to Refuse or Limit Deletion
IllDoItApp reserves the right to refuse or delay account deletion where required for:
- legal obligations;
- fraud investigations;
- payment processing or disputes;
- enforcement of platform rules.
