1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the IllDoItApp platform and services (the “Services”). This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
IllDoItApp is a technology platform that connects users. It does not provide services and does not supervise or control task execution.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- tasks they create, request, or perform
- ensuring legal eligibility to perform tasks
- compliance with licensing, tax, and regulatory requirements
- their safety and the safety of others
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- violate any law or regulation
- engage in fraud, scams, or deception
- harm or threaten others
- misuse the platform
- publish another person's address, phone number, access code, or private location information without authorization
- scrape, harvest, aggregate, map, or sell task or user location data
- attempt to reverse-engineer an exact task address from an approximate marketplace marker
- use location information for stalking, surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or any purpose unrelated to a legitimate task
- spoof GPS information, manipulate location evidence, or bypass location and authorization controls
- share exact task locations or access instructions with anyone who is not authorized to perform or review the task
- use automated tools to extract tasks, profiles, map markers, messages, or personal data without written permission
- misuse AI features to generate deceptive, illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or privacy-invasive content
Customers must place exact addresses, contact numbers, apartment details, and access instructions only in the designated private task fields, not in public titles, descriptions, images, or messages visible before Provider approval.
4. Prohibited Task Categories
Strictly prohibited:
- illegal services
- drugs
- weapons or explosives
- adult services
- human exploitation
- cybercrime or hacking
5. Regulated Services
Users must not perform services requiring licenses unless properly authorized. IllDoItApp does not verify licenses.
6. Safety Disclaimer
Users must ensure tasks are safe. IllDoItApp does not supervise execution and is not responsible for injuries or damages.
7. Platform Circumvention
Users must not bypass the platform, including payments outside the system.
8. Enforcement
IllDoItApp may:
- remove content
- suspend or restrict accounts
- permanently ban users
- report illegal activity
IllDoItApp is not obligated to provide prior notice before enforcement actions are taken.
9. No Monitoring Obligation
IllDoItApp does not monitor all activity and does not guarantee detection of violations.
10. Updates
This Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
