Infrastructure
Our systems run on modern, reliable infrastructure with monitoring, backups, and incident response. We use industry practices to keep the platform available and secure.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Funds are held in line with task lifecycle and payout rules. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for details.
Data protection
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest. Access is limited and audited where relevant.
Dispute handling
Disputes are reviewed by trained moderators with access to task history, messages, and evidence. Outcomes follow our Dispute Resolution Policy. We aim for fair, consistent decisions.
Moderation
Content and behavior are moderated to keep the marketplace safe and compliant. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or pose risk to other users.
