This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for payments made through the IllDoItApp platform.
1A. Relation to Terms of Service
This Refund Policy is part of and should be read together with the IllDoItApp Terms of Service.
In case of conflict between documents, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
Refund decisions may be based on outcomes defined in the Dispute Resolution Policy.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. IllDoItApp does not store full card numbers or CVV information.
Funds may be temporarily held through Stripe payment infrastructure until task conditions are satisfied.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- a task is cancelled before work begins
- a task cannot be completed due to platform rules
- a dispute resolution determines that a refund is appropriate
3A. Time Limits for Refund Requests
Refund requests or disputes must be submitted within a reasonable time after task completion or issue occurrence.
IllDoItApp reserves the right to deny refund requests submitted after significant delay or after a task has been marked as completed and accepted without dispute.
3B. Right to Refuse Refunds
IllDoItApp reserves the right to deny refund requests where:
- sufficient evidence supports task completion;
- the dispute lacks supporting documentation;
- the request is abusive, fraudulent, or violates platform rules.
All refund decisions are made at IllDoItApp’s discretion based on available information.
4. Dispute‑Based Refunds
When a dispute is opened, platform moderators review the evidence provided by both parties.
Possible outcomes may include:
- full refund
- partial refund
- task completion confirmation
4A. Refund Limitations
Refunds are subject to technical and financial limitations imposed by payment providers.
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise:
- payment processing fees charged by Stripe may not be refundable;
- platform service fees may be non-refundable;
- the refunded amount may be less than the original amount paid.
Users acknowledge that IllDoItApp does not control third-party payment processing fees and cannot guarantee full reimbursement of all charges.
5. Payment Reversals
IllDoItApp reserves the right to reverse payments or initiate refunds in cases involving fraud, abuse, or violation of platform policies.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on the original payment method depending on the user’s bank or payment provider.
Refund processing times are estimates and may vary depending on Stripe, banks, and payment providers.
IllDoItApp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
